Breakfast Bowl for Clear Skin

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or coconut sugar
TOPPINGS
- sliced pears
- pomegranate seeds
- chia seeds
- toasted coconut
Method
- Pour your milk into a pot, add the honey and bring to the boil.
- Add your oats and stir.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and allow the oats to cook for 5 minutes or until soft and creamy.
- Pour the oats into a bowl.
- Decorate with your choice of toppings
