A – As little as possible Yes, that’s right, the less that is on the ingredient list, the better that food will be for us. An apple picked from a tree doesn’t have to have an ingredients list as it is just 100% an apple. That apple won’t have any other ingredients listed if all you are buying from the supermarket are fresh apples.
